Phoenix Fitness and Yoga
Phoenix Fitness & Yoga is a studio located in Staunton, VA. They aim to help people of all ages feel better about themselves physically and mentally. They offer various classes that help members gain strength, balance, promote healing, and gain confidence!
The Challenge
Phoenix Fitness and Yoga came to Bluestone Communications looking for increased brand recognition, new clients, and improved presence on social media. They encountered difficulties in external communication, particularly in effectively relaying information about special events and classes to their members.
Bluestone Implementations
To enhance engagement with both existing and prospective new members, we implemented a multifaceted approach. This included the introduction of fresh social media strategies, the distribution of printed flyers containing class details, and QR codes for a seamless sign-up process. We provided photography services to ensure the creation of deliverables with a unified design.
In addition, we included the development of a comprehensive media outreach plan, including a pitch, media list, and a news release to announce the opening of their Staunton location.

The Results
By the end of our semester-long collaboration, Phoenix Fitness and Yoga welcomed four new members while simultaneously experiencing growth in their social media engagement. Notably, their Instagram likes increased by 125%, and Facebook likes increased by 100%. A few months after our partnership, our news release spotlighting their new location was featured in “The News Leader,” based out of Staunton, resulting in publication in November 2023.
